Active Vibration Cancellation Algorithm
The core of the Hyper FFF™ technology is the active vibration cancellation algorithm. The algorithm will calculate an optimized acceleration pattern and absorb the excessive amount of vibration whenever the printer head makes any high-speed change in direction.
By measuring the natural frequency of the extruder head, the processor will divide the single acceleration command into two equivalent accelerations, in order to generate two reverse vibration waves, which in turn cancel their own vibration during the reverse phase, so the printer head manages to minimize its own friction and shaking using the same hardware.
The Hyper Speed Upgrade Kit (Pro3 Series Only) is the first product from Raise3D’s Hyper FFF technology. With the upgrade, the printing speed of a Pro3 Series 3D printer is boosted from an average of 50-80 mm/s to 200-350 mm/s, and acceleration is boosted from 1,000 mm/s2 to 10,000 mm/s2, with no loss of accuracy or part quality.
A printer equipped with a Hyper Speed Upgrade can deliver 600-1,000 grams of filamen within 24 hours, meaning any parts under 400 grams will be finished within 12 hours.

Please note that for Hyper Speed to function correctly, the Hyper Speed Hot Ends 0.4mm (Pro3 Series Only), the Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator (Pro3 Series Only), and the Hyper Speed Filaments must be installed on a Pro3 Series printer activated with Hyper Speed Mode. The absence of any of these components may result in printing failure.
Please note that one Hyper Speed Upgrade Kit can only be applied once to a single Pro3 Series 3D printer. If you wish to have the Hyper Speed Upgrade on multiple Pro3 Series 3D printers, please buy the corresponding number of Hyper Speed Upgrade Kits.
Auto frequency calibrator
An auto frequency calibrator is included in the Upgrade Kit, so the printer will be able to measure its own frequency and adjust the parameters by itself. With Pro3 Series’ robust construction and stable design, the printer can keep its own frequency for months without shifting. It is recommended that the calibration process be carried out every 2-3 months. A manual calibration process is also included.
When it comes to high-speed printing, the role of hardware is fundamental in delivering high-quality printing results, despite the extremely high printing speeds.
The Pro3 Series strong and stable frame ensures high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality, withstanding the effects of extremely high acceleration and high speeds. Additionally, its advanced onboard processors can handle over six hundred thousand steps per second and implement the active vibration cancellation algorithm on Pro3 Series 3D printers.

Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA
Hyper Speed PLA Filament is one of the specially developed high-speed filament line for FFF printing. During highspeed printing, the filament is rapidly fed into the heat block, and the polymer has very little time to melt itself from solid to a molten state, which can cause nozzle clogging and poor bonding quality between layers.
With optimized molecular weight and tunned flowability, Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA are able to achieve faster melting in the hot end and much prompter cooling after the material is extruded. As a result, the surface quality of parts printed by Hyper Speed filaments is smooth and most of the sharp details are kept. Most importantly, thanks to optimized molecular weight, Hyper Speed PLA shows excellent interlayer bonding quality and Zdirection strength. Therefore, Hyper speed PLA can be used for concept models and figures, prototyping, etc.
